What You Need to Achieve It:
- For Research Associate I, a 4-year degree in biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, or a relevant field is required
- For Research Associate II, a MS in biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering or 2+ years of relevant work experience required
- Laboratory experience in a related environment preferred.
- Knowledge of product development processes and FDA requirements preferred
- Knowledge of a variety of standard laboratory procedures and techniques; of laboratory equipment and terminology; and of laboratory hazards and safety practices.
- Experience with Cell Culture, PCR, ELISA assays, and other relevant laboratory procedures.
- Experience in operating electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, biohazards etc.)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.)
- Ability to work in an organized and autonomous fashion.
Physical Demands

Sometimes having repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Occasional lifting of objects up to 40 lbs.
Environmental Conditions
Frequently in a lab setting.

The anticipated annualized base salary for this role is $63,000 - $85,000 and reflects current market data for similarly sized life science companies and internal equity. Organogenesis is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan with competitive company match, medical, dental, vision, education assistance, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state and federal law. Our time-off policy includes paid vacation days, paid company holidays, and paid sick time. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors permitted by law.
